If you answered YES to any of these questions, La Petite would like to invite you to apply for our Assistant-In-Management position.

NO MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

In our entry-level, Assistant-In-Management position, we will provide you with the opportunity and professional development to begin your transition from a classroom to management role.  While teachers are the driving force of our business, we will begin to expose you to other parts of the business that allow us to effectively function, such as curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, and customer-service.

Interested applicants must meet individual state requirements and possess the following:

•       High school diploma/G.E.D. required

•       Courses completed in Early Childhood Education is desired

•       At least 2 years of ECE experience in a licensed child care facility; previous experience as a Lead Teacher is preferred

•       Applicants must be willing to work toward meeting LPA and state Director requirements
