The Learning Curve (www.thelearningcurveaz.com) is one of Arizona’s leading Early Childhood Education centers. The Learning Curve specializes in the education and care of children from the age of Infancy up to Private Kindergarten.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Lead Teacher shall be responsible for

Educating and Caring for young childrenCreating and implementing weekly lesson plansProviding a safe, stimulating and literacy rich classroomServe parent provided mealsDiaper changing and/or potty training in select classroomsMaintaining compliance with all State regulationsCleaning Classroom

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Educate-YOUNG CHILDREN

· Develop-YOUNG MINDS

· Support-FAMILIES

· Assist –The Learning Curve in raising the standards for Early Childhood Education.

· All Teachers will be required to attend 24 hours of training annually.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma or G.E.D.

· At least one year of child care experience (ideal candidates will have large center experience).

· Ideal candidates will have or be working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
