Software Engineering Services (SES) is a premiere, tier 1,  total IT Solutions Provider with a growing and commanding presence throughout the US; across federal, state and local, as well as commercial organizations.  SES is currently seeking a seasoned Quality Auditor to join our high-performing team as a Team Lead.

In general, the Quality Auditor (QA) will:

Perform QA functions:

o        Develop and administer a software systems QA Plan

o        Audit the developmental system against the required system

o         Ensure contractual, regulatory, and standards requirements

o         Document and report all non-compliance to management

o        Assist in selecting and evaluating other QA/QC personnel

o        Organize and prepare for scheduled audits per project schedule

o        Coordinate and/or facilitate audit meetings

o        Prepare audit template packet in readiness for upcoming audits

o        Conduct audit assessments, planning and remediation and compile audit results

o        QA Process improvement and gap analysis design

o        Provide support for Quality Measurement activities

o        Manage databases and/or document management systems for effecting the storage and retrieval of QA artifacts

o        Research, develop,  and conduct any necessary training relevant to project scope

Perform Team Lead functions:

o        Liaison the needs of the SES on-site staff between the work-site and corporate offices

o        Hold periodic SES staff meetings

o        Conduct/administer performance appraisals for SES on-site staff members

o        Provide periodic project-specific input to the SES Corporate PMO

Skill Required:

o        Extensive Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) audit and reporting experience

o        Outstanding written and verbal communications skills for communicating at all staff levels and interfacing with cross-functional teams,

o        Documentation skills for writing QA Plans and reports

o        Presentation skills for providing QA briefings, as required

o        Experience and thorough working knowledge of CMMI, SOA, and ESB

Skills Desired:

o        Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) framework

o        Independent verification and validation (IV&V)

o        Experience with Serena Team Track and Document Locator automated content management tools

o        Candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
