Lead Process Engineer – Consumer Packaged Goods Sector – GREAT OPPORTUNITY – Growth Company

Hello, my name is Jim Guerrera and I am a recruiter.  I am working on a GREAT opportunity with a Leading Global Organization.  We are looking for a Manager of Process Engineering to lead Process Engineering, Plant Capital Investment or Construction Projects, and Plant Strategic and on-floor performance, operations, and quality initiatives.

Background Requirements:

·        BS Chemical Engineering

·        MS Preferred

·        MBA Preferred   

·        Experience as a “hands-on” Process Engineer in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector is highly desired (pharmaceutical, personal care products, beverage, food, etc.); experience leading and managing teams is also highly desired

·        Experience building or constructing large industrial capital projects at facilities or manufacturing facilities is preferred – experience dealing with contractors, consolidating bids, etc.

·        Experience with technical issues such as fluid dynamics and also with business and operations issues such as supply chain

Scope of the Position:

·        Report to the Plant or Operations Manager

·        Assume Complete Responsibility for process manufacturing initiatives

·        Manage employees, lead teams, while also getting “hands-on” at plant floor level when it is required to do so

Offering:

·                     Base Salary of $105,000 - $125,000 Range

·                     Bonus
