Job Description:

 

Lead Development Specialist needed to support key sales and marketing initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and penetrating target accounts resulting in new business.   Lead development responsibilities require significant teleprospecting in a business to business environment and use of internet/internal database resources to identify and profile new markets.  Opportunity assessment will include communication at the executive level to position the company's emerging hot products and identify key decision makers.

 

Job requires discussing complex business issues and understanding key market trends. Will be expected to converse credibly with engineering prospects regarding technical products and technology. Proven verbal and written communication skills, business-to-business phone communication skills (e.g., telemarketing, teleselling, field sales) a plus. Must be self-motivated and able to self-manage personal time/tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and web browsers.

Requirements:

Requires a BSCS/CE/EE or MSCS/CE/EE and demonstrated experience in the following areas:


Embedded Systems: basic concept of an embedded system, experience working with a simple kernel or embedded tools such as compilers, assemblers, linkers, or debugger, experience with C, C++, Assembly, and/or Embedded systems programming.

 

PADS: Circuit design, analog design, printed circuit board design and mechanics, programming language background, preferably VBScripting, Perl, TCL & C++.
