Advanced Building Solutions, a rapidly growing environmental consulting company in Broomall, PA (Delaware County) is looking for the right person to start as a hands on Lead Carpenter/Foreman. Please be aware that this is a hands on position to start but has the opportunity to turn into a Project Manager position.

This is a year-round, full time position. Tools and new vehicles are provided. Benefits available include paid holidays, sick and personal days, health plan.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Hands-on supervisor who can lead a crew Experiance with framing, finishing windows, doors, etc. Demonstrated broad construction experience Ability to schedule and manage multiple projects a plus Strong work ethic, professional demeanor Valid drivers license and clean driving record College degree a plus
