Our Phoenix, Arizona Building Programs unit is looking to add a Lead Architect to their team.  Responsibilities for this role will include:

 

Coordinates technical and administrative activities with Architects, Engineers, and other departments in the Company participating in a project Serves as a technical specialist, staff advisor, and consultant to the architectural specialty, for a given building project (i.e., healthcare).Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of architecture principles and practices in complex areas. Plans and develops architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities which significantly impact major company programs. Involved with exploring subject areas, defining scope, selecting areas for investigation, and developing novel concepts. Participates in the selection of design teams, and sub consultants Conducts constructability reviews or assists in the design/planning/review of other architectural projects not assigned to the incumbent Supervise architects and support personnel: evaluates performance; assigns and schedules work; establishes project priorities and standards; makes recommendations on hiring, firing and promotions; provides technical support of project work. Holds membership in professional associations and participates on company committees. Performs other duties assigned

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Minimum of 8 years as a practicing licensed architect Ability to accomplish technical assignments of varying complexity Licensed as a Registered Architect (R.A.) Prefer experience in the Healthcare Market
