Commercial Landscape Maintenance Division seeks experienced Landscape Account Manager to oversee and retain 500K-700K plus in contracts. 

Qualified individual must have proven track record of success in similar role.  Stable job history and high client retention rate a major plus.    

Job Purpose:
To service and maintain solid relationship with all clients (HOA's, Facility Managers, Property Management Companies, Building Owners, Etc.) Oversee and upsell Enhancements/Renovation work to clients.

Commercial Landscape Construction Division seeks Landscape Construction Superintendent.  Individual main role will be to manage day to day field operations of key installation projects.  Scope of work include new landscape and irrigation construction of shopping centers, office buildings, plazas,  public projects as well as parks and recreation areas.

Individual must have full field understanding of installation from the  ground up to manage foremen and crews.
