We are currently handling a confidential search for a client hospital of ours in the San Francisco bay area for a Laboratory Administrative Director. The successful candidate will oversee operations for the clinical laboratory and pathology service serving the client hospital as well as related outpatient clinics, SNF, and psych facility. Candidate must have strong management and clinical experience to be considered for opportunity. Also, candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, information system proficiency, and financial acumen.

Successful candidate will receive very strong compensation structure and benefits program.

Requirements:

-          5 years of Clinical laboratory management experience

-          Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist CLS license or Bioanalyst License

-          Energetic and Customer-oriented
