The Goodyear Tire and Rubber company currently has an opening for a Labor Relations Manager in Gadsden, Alabama.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Maintain effective relationships with labor organization

-Research and hear grievance issues

-Attend and assist in arbitration hearings

-Help interpret union contracts

-Track all grievances and arbitrations

Qualifications/Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree required-graduate degree preferred

-5-7 years labor relations experience in a manufacturing environment

-2-5 years human resource experience

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Proficient Microsoft Office skills

-Superior negotiating skills
