The Right Candidate will be responsible for:

Ensuring great food quality and recipe adherence throughout the shift. Kitchen functions on an opening, mid or closing shift to include food quality management, supervision of all kitchen staff, housekeeping, kitchen set-up, sanitation, safety and pace. Scheduling and development of kitchen staff. Has financial responsibility for food costs, labor costs and kitchen supplies.

****JOB REQUIREMENTS****

3-5 years of high volume restaurant management experience required Must have understanding of Microsoft Word and ExcelServe Safe Certified
