The primary role of the KeyDirect Channel Manager is to build strategy around the LOB's revenue growth and retention in and out of footprint. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Director of Virtual Banking.
Essential Functions:
*Works closely with Call Center leadership and Operations partners to meet service level agreements and deliver a superior customer experience.
*Develops, prioritizes and drives customer and revenue focused products and technology enhancements. *Develops and maintains effective relationships with support partners in Product Management, Marketing, Analytics, etc., to ensure thoughtful planning and smooth execution of product and marketing initiatives. *Project manages multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
*Achieves annual sales production goals.
*Advocates KeyDirect and Virtual Banking throughout all divisions and levels of the organization.
*Leads efforts for entire Virtual Banking team (KeyDirect, Online Banking, Apply Online) to honestly assess Key’s foothold online vs. its competitors considering sales, product offerings, technology, customer experience, etc.
*Leads Virtual Banking team’s efforts to define customer characteristics and insights.
*Develops performance benchmarks.
*Sets goals for campaigns and helps ensure consistent and accurate reporting against goals.
*Leads Virtual Banking team’s efforts in assessing emerging Web and Mobile Banking technologies.
Required Skills:
*Bachelor's Degree in business administration or finance
*5-7 years of broad based banking/investment product knowledge
*5-7 years client management experience and proven client relations orientation
*Solid Internet/ecommerce experience
*Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
*Ability to transfer strategy to tactical plans and implement
*Self motivated, goal and results driven *Strong influencing and team orientation skills
*Product marketing experience a plus
*Superior analytical skills
*Significant attention to detail
*Proven project management skills with previous project management experience
