As a Junior Systems Administrator in our Jersey City, NJ office, your mission will be to support 1,000 users in multiple offices throughout the country. You will have 200 servers on your radar as you help design, install, configure, administer, and fine-tune Windows operating systems and components across the organization in a timely and efficient manner. You also will leverage an ability to work with Active Directory in a clustered environment, along with your experience working with IIS and .NET. As Citrix plays a key role here on mission-critical applications, hands-on experience monitoring Citrix Server Farms is an added bonus. Much of your time will be spent troubleshooting, so your skill at diagnosing and fixing various types of errors and problems will be put to work. Superior communication and interpersonal skills will ensure that your contributions are well received and your ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language will foster an efficient work environment.
