We are actively seeking a Junior Case Manager for the Washington, DC office of a major national IP law firm.  The position requires 5-7 years of litigation and trial experience encompassing Patent Litigation and ITC Section 337 cases.  The position also requires a B.A./B.S. Degree.  Paralegal certificate is helpful but not required.  This is a working case manager position and you must be able to hit the ground running on day one.

Candidate must have a demonstrated knowledge of the litigation process including the discovery process, maintenance of case files and ability to work with attorneys at trial.  The ideal candidate will have strong cite checking skills, familiarity with electronic discovery and flexibility to work overtime.  The firm offers excellent benefits and provides an enjoyable professional environment.
