$140,000 to $160,000 per year

Qualifications :
Top Connecticut law firm seeks junior associate with outstanding academic credentials and 1-3 years experience at a top-tier law firm to join its Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. Candidate should have experience drafting compensation plans and employment agreements, as well as dealing with compensation, benefits, tax and securities issues arising from corporate transactions. Attorney must be a self-starter and have a demonstrated history of taking on a high level of responsibility for cases and clients. A candidate admitted to practice in Connecticut is preferred but essential. Salary starts at $140,000 per year or more, depending on level of experience.
