Division Accountant

SkyhillREO is a Real Estate Asset Management Company processing REO properties located in Nevada and Arizona.  We have recently expanded and now currently have an opening for a Division Accountant at our Sunset Beach, CA office.

We are looking for that motivated and talented person to join our team, manage our accounting function and report directly to our division Vice President.  Duties and qualifications are:

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Set-up and organize accounting records

·         Conduct bank account, vendor payment  and credit card reconciliations

·         Manage Accounts Payables and Receivables

·         Manage Subcontractor 1099 payments

·         Input and manage company finances within QuickBooks

·         Conduct intercompany reconciliations

·         Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings

·         Prepare and maintain Master Chart of Accounts

·         Manage incoming email and fax correspondence which includes recievables

·         Provide useful and timely reporting to SkyhillREO Management regarding financial trends/status

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         BS/BA degree

·         Excellent communication and English grammar/writingskills

·         3 years accounting experience within the Real Estate Industry

·         Ability to perform general clerical tasks and assignments in accordance with specific instructions.

·         Excellent organization skills and be detailed oriented in a fast paced environment.
