Built NY Inc, a fun, growing, design-focused accessories company is looking for a candidate for the position of Wholesale Customer Service Associate in its SoHO NYC office. This person will work under the Logistics Coordinator and will be responsible for both entering purchase orders and customer service for major retail stores carrying the BUILT product lines.

Responsibilities include:

-          Entry of wholesale customer orders into MAS200 accounting system

-          Recognizing and solving discrepancies with orders.

-          Developing relationships and following up with customers for payment information, shipping instructions, and resolving open order issues.

-          Responding to customer inquiries for tracking, inventory availability, and pricing

-          Entering and processing sample requests

-          Entering and processing returns

-          Updating records and databases

-          Supporting data entry work for other departments

Traits:

-          Accuracy, timeliness, attention to detail, and excellent time management.

-          Sense of urgency and responsiveness to changing priorities

-          Will consider part-time to full-time candidates

Qualifications:

-          Experience with MS Office, strong experience with MS Excel.

-          1 to 2 years prior work experience in a professional environment preferred

-          Prior experience with MAS200 or similar ERP software a strong plus

-          Should be able to type at least 40 wpm.

-          A/R, bookkeeping or some accounting experience preferred

-          B.S. degree, or working toward a degree, preferred
