Responsibilities

This successful applicant will perform routine tasks under supervision, or from detailed procedures.  A combination of such typical duties include:

Assembly or installation of equipment or parts requiring wiring, soldering, or connectingPerforming tasks or tests such as tensile or hardness tests; the operation and adjustment of test equipment; and the recording of test dataGathering and maintaining specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.Performing computations by substituting numbers in specified formulasPlotting data and drawing curves and graphs

Qualifications

 

Required

High school diploma or G.E.D.Completion of an accredited technical school in electronics, or equivalent military training. Two (2) years experience in the maintenance of electronic video and RF communications equipment; radar equipment; and/or digital computer systems.

Preferred 

Experience in the calibration of analog and digital TMDE (U.S.  Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment activity).

About the Company

Work with RAM in our support of the Department of Defense's Air and Missile Defense Battle Lab. You'll be working on the Fires Users Integrated Test Bed (FUITB) program, coordinating between experimenters and modeling/simulation coders to provide products as needed.
