Required Skills

·         Position requires expertise with JDE modules: General Accounting, HR/Benefits, Payroll, Job Cost, Change Management, Contract Management

·         4-year degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or equivalent experience.

·         3 - 7 years of technology-related work experience.

·         An understanding of the ICT Project Management policies, practices and procedures and works toward developing a proven skill set in this area.

·         Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to direct, organize and communicate with others. Programming and analysis experience (5-7 years).

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

·         Ability to formulate and define applications system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex enterprise information systems.

·         Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs.

·         Must be competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.

·         Will serve as subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications.

·         Will apply functional knowledge to design and customization business processes that provide seamless integration for applications.

·         Provides second-tier support to end-users. Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve.

·         Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.

·         Recommends and/or implements application system modifications to reduce user problems.

·         Understand the information security implications of our clients technology solutions and ensure they comply with the Information Security policies and processes.

·         Will Work directly with end-users, user groups, managers and project teams to effectively implement standard company technology solutions.
