Join a small team responsible for the look and feel and first customer experience for one of the most successful SaaS solutions out there with more then 150,000 customers worldwide. Make decisions to improve the the design, the performance and the stickiness of the UI. Help improve the SE).

Experience Required: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.5+ years of experience developing web-based products and environments.Experience programming software systems using Java, Servlets, JSPs, and J2EE.Advanced knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS.Direct experience working with relational databases.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong self-motivation.Commitment to deadlines and willingness to meet the needs of 24x7 environment.Experience working in cross platform environments and, in particular, familiarity with both Windows and Linux.Web 2.0/DHTML/AJAX experience.Experience in an agile, self-directed team environment.

Skills and Experience Desired: Experience working on high traffic Website applications.Experience with Search Engine Optimization on Website applications.Familiarity with the principles of UI Design.Experience working in a fast paced environment with quick release cycles.Experience with JDBC, Oracle and/or DB2.Experience with large-scale environments.Familiarity with application servers particularly Websphere.Experience working in cross platform environments particularly Windows and Linux.Experience with an ASP environment.
