Global Investment Bank is hiring a strong Java technical lead to work within its highly reputed Equity Derivatives Technology team. You will run shared infrastructure services including cross-language messaging and complex event processing. You will have a strong background in technology, experience in the architecture, design & implementation of middleware ideally for financial applications although this is not mandatory. You will have experience in multi-platform middleware development and will have participated in the architecture of systems that are robust and offer high availability. You will have a strong programming background in Core Java and your technical strengths will include Pthreads, TCP/IP, Swing, Unix IPC, Tibco, sockets, Unix, Linux, Windows, JMS, perl scripts, shell scripts, UDP.
