Job Description:

Sr. Java Developer - Java Architect - EJB - J2EE - Oracle - DB2

Are you a Sr. Level Java Developer who wants to join a well funded start-up building application tools? If so, read on.

What you need to apply:

• 7 or more years of Java development experience
• Significant experience writing Eclipse Plugins, RCP Applications, etc.
• Mastery of object-oriented design with appropriate use of design patterns
• Exposure to J2EE containers like Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, or SAP WAS
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, MySQL, and Postgres
• Familiarity with open source development tools like ANT, Eclipse, and Velocity

A bonus if you have:

• Exposure to EJB
• Exposure to Swing
• Exposure to XML, XSLT, and XPath
• Experience developing web applications using technologies such as JSP, AJAX and Spring
• Experience deploying and consuming web services using Axis, SOAP, WSDL
• Exposure to Service Oriented Architectures
• Experience developing applications for resale

What you will be doing:

• Designing, implementing and supporting portions of our Model Driven Development & Deployment environment.
• Work alongside other senior level developers in an Agile development environment
