POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

This position will architect, design & migrate legacy ERP systems to newer technology

Experience in performance improvement & system optimization

Work with business analysts to understand new requirements

7+ years of experience covering Advanced Java system architecture, Java application development & IT Systems development

Strong knowledge of Java, JMS, XML, XSLT, J2EE, JDBC, Ant, Swing & GUI

In-depth knowledge of WebSphere

Distribution / Manufacturing & 24/7 Environment experience a plus

Experience with high-volume Transactional systems

Strong database design & implementation knowledge

Strong written & verbal communication skills required
