Our client designs and installs specialized automotive components, such as automated handling systems for the biggest names in the industry. In our global economy, we are searching for an organized Administrative Assistant who can communicate easily in both Japanese and English. Through processing customer orders and assisting other departments with special projects, your skills will be utilized and your career will flourish.

Requirements

We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:

Must speak, read, and write fluent Japanese and English to communicate business transactions with customers, through multiple departments, and with management Minimum of 2 years experience in Administrative work Strong computer proficiencies, especially in Microsoft Office applications At least one year of customer service experience: order processing experience is ideal Exceptional ability to work independently while staying on schedule and handling multiple tasks at the same time
