Aetna Building Maintenance is a $25+ million dollar facilities services/Contract Cleaning company specializing in commercial and  industrial cleaning is seeking a Janitorial Operations Managers for Lexington & Louiseville KY, Charleston, Huntington & Parkersburg, WV   We are a major player in Ohio, Kentucky and  West Virginia.  As a leader in the industry we have a reputation for excellence and integrity with a 'can-do' customer driven attitude from top to bottom.  We believe that business success is a journey, not a destination.  Continuous improvement is our business model.  The organizations long term goals are to grow to  become a $40,000,000 Dollar organization within the next seven years.  This will be accomplished through organic growth in existing markets, acquisitions, and the opening of new markets. We are looking for exceptional talent  in our Ohio Valley Branches.

We are looking for a self-directed, professional polished Manager that is customer focused and has at least 5+ years experience in commercial cleaning, maintenance, security, multi-location management, or similar industry with a progressive career path in an operational role. A BA/BS preferred, but not required. Bilingual in Spanish would be helpful, but not necessary. 

This is a fast-paced branch that requires someone who wants to grow with their organization and move with them to the next level. They pride themselves on internal growth and development are seeking people who enjoy success and of course the occasional challenge. It can't be all fun now can it?

Responsibilities:

*Directs service delivery

*Participates in Quality Control inspections and corrective action programs

* Oversee aspects of field operations to maintain profitability

*  Einsure quality service delivery

*  Manage the  P/L responsibility

* Ability to interact and successfully manage within all levels of the organization

*Continuously seeks to improve operational efficiency and employee retention

*Assist in the hiring, training and development of personnel

*Operates in a fast-paced environment

*Provide leadership necessary to achieve a very aggressive growth plan

*Performs other duties as assigned

* Foster exceptional communication both internally and externally

* Maintain the ability to take a pro-active and creative approach to resolving operational challenges 

* Be focused on  re-engineering of all accounts to deliver cost savings to our customers and additional profits to our company

* Assist the sales division in the operational transition of new accounts, (i.e.: walk-throughs, proposals, contract negotiations, start-ups, technical support)

* Provide continuous training and development for the operational management team

* Coordinate with the HR department in the recruitment of high quality staff and management
