Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience, Experience with Open Source Application Solutions,  Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner, and  Strong written and verbal communications skills. Expert in Java/J2EE development and architecture 
Expert in  SQL and Oracle;
Expert with other web technologies such as PHP, DHTML, JSP, JSF, XSL, XML, Javascript, and Ajax/XML
Web development frameworks, Struts, JSF, Eclipse RCP or equivalent;
Designed SOA and Web Services based architectures
