Most positions require candidate to have a current favorable Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).  Some positions will require completion of a polygraph examination.

 

What You'll Do

 

We emphasize an open, fun, Agile-like, development environment to build and maintain several enterprise applications.  Developers have the opportunity to interact directly with the end users of the applications from conception to final implementation.  The Developer will be part of a small team that works together to provide quick SOA-based solutions for the customer.  We will be exploring the use of various COTS and open-source technologies to meet our customers needs for data, information and knowledge management.  Fast-paced environment. 

 

What You'll Need 

 

BS in Software Engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred plus 5 or more years of progressively responsible experience Minimum 2 Years experience with Java / J2EE technology. Familiar with UML 2.0, JUnit Testing, and NetBeans and/or Eclipse IDEs. Experience with the JBoss suite of tools is helpful: (AS, ESB, Portal, jBPM, SEAM, ...) LIke to locate someone with JBoss jBPM workflow experience is a big plus SQL experience is a plus (Oracle / MySql) Struts experience is a plus. RSI ENVI/IDL development experience is a plus. OS: MS Windows, Solaris, and LINUX Development Tools: NetBeans, Eclipse, Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Visual Studio Professional, and Serena Version Manager Database: Oracle, MySQL, and some MS Access Be an energetic, open-minded, out of the box thinker, who is willing to immerse themselves in the latest technology. Security Requirement:  TS/SCI required.
