As our IT SOX Project Manager, you will:

• Assist the Director of Compliance, as directed, in the planning and execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (SOX 404) compliance work plus planning and execution of operational control audits.

• Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly SOX ITGC Audits and head remediation planning for identified deficiencies.

• Prepare clear and concise working papers and narratives (including sufficient documentation to support procedures completed and related findings and conclusions) organized in accordance with department policy.

• Prepare formal written reports, expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and efficiency with which activities are carried out.

• Act as a liaison between audit staff and IT to analyze various process flows.


Your qualifications include:

• 2 years of IT project management experience working for a medium to large sized company evaluating and defining IT controls, including GCC and application level controls.
• Sarbanes-Oxley and COBIT experience is a must!
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment with minimum supervision and successfully meet established project deadline requirements.
• Must possess excellent project management skills; certification preferred.
