Position Description: Lead a technical and operational security team which will focus on security administration, policy compliance and the deployment and management of a security tool suite. The team will work as a part of a larger global IT security group who ensures that AXA Tech has the ability to meet the security guidelines as set by AXA Group. The individual occupying this position must have strong security IT and team leadership skills and work well in an international community. - Manage and develop an emerging staff of security IT experts. - Be in close relationship with Internal Audit group to implement technology solutions that adhere to and facilitate SOX compliance. - Implementation and maintenance of AXA Tech security tool set for North America. - Review business project to ensure they comply with AXA Tech infrastructure security standards. - Work closely with Security & Network Centers of Excellence in order to contribute, evaluate and monitor current and emerging security technologies - Monitor and assess Security vulnerability across the primary technical disciplines, - Analyze security violation and incidents to develop a consistent action plan to prevent new occurrences. - Provide level 1, 2 and 3 support for security tools and processes - Provide ongoing technical support and expertise for security initiatives within the company - Provide recommendations to support business continuity - Develop and implement IT security and risk policies and procedures - Manage Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field - An intimate knowledge of current Information Technology security policies, practices, procedures and technologies - 10+ years of technical experience and at least 5 years of team management responsibility - Demonstrate leadership skills and excel in a team-oriented environment - Must be a hands-on project manager that effectively proposes and recommends solutions - Must have deep knowledge and clarity of intrusion prevention, firewall, maleware detection and elimination, patch management and vulnerability and forensic analysis - Knowledge of Computer Associate tools, Sarbanes Oxley controls, RACF, CISCO, Envision, Tripwire, MAZU (Profiler) and a CISSP certification are big pluses.
