We are seeking an IT security management professional with leadership ability to help deliver and grow our IT security and privacy related service offerings.
Responsibilities:
This hands-on position is available for a high-energy and results-oriented IT Security professional. This is a new position to keep up with firm growth. As a Supervisor/Manager you will be a key member of the leadership team with significant decision-making responsibility. You will be actively managing the delivery of a range of solutions to our clients, utilizing your previous experience and skills to manage people, projects and multiple engagements. Lead the delivery of security auditing / consulting services including:
Audit compliance with technology related compliance regulations such as SOX, FFEIC, GLBA, and HIPAA. Provide proactive and cost-effective solutions to help our clients reduce risk and improve business performance. Assess technology related risk in support of external audit and attest functions. Audit compliance with defined technology related controls as part of audit and attest functions. Engagement management functions to ensure client satisfaction and referenceability with services.Business Development:
Contribute and support the associated marketing and business development functions Development of new services offerings and marketing materials Integration of security/privacy with other firm service offerings Support client development activities; including proposals and presentationPersonnel Development:
Help lead the expansion of the practice through recruiting, training and mentoring Performance evaluation and professional development planningRequirements:
5-10 years experience performing and managing IT security and privacy auditing/consulting Experienced in network security / management for common network architectures Experience performing host security auditing / management for Windows and other common servers (e.g., iSeries, Unix, AIX, Solaris, etc.) Experience with security scanning and monitoring tools for purposes of network mapping, and vulnerability identification. Excellent knowledge of IT Security concepts and solutions. Experience in delivering, selling and marketing IT security services. Degree(s) in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, and Accounting.
