IT Manager: ADRevolution

ADRevolution is looking for a highly motivated Information Technology Manager to join their team. The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s information processing system, helping internal teams use technology to improve efficiency, and keeping computer equipment upgraded to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Information Technology Department in accordance with organizational policies and goals Ensure proper functioning of company’s information processing system and makes upgrades as needed Help improve company efficiency by teaching business operations team how to best utilize information systems Keep all computer equipment, including hardware and software, updated to meet organizational needs Develop requirement specifications for all IT projects Manage IT projects, both network and software based Responsible for coding, testing, analysis, implementation, project leadership, and strategic design for all IT projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years experience in Information Technology Management, with 8+ years overall experience in the field Excellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical team members Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills Extensive experience in Systems Life Cycle development, including planning, budgeting, analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation
