Fossil has a great opportunity for a seasoned IT Network/Telecom Manager to join our team! This position defines strategy and directly manages US resources delivering voice and data services for Fossil globally.
Responsibilities
Successful global delivery of voice and data services per negotiated SLAs. Manage a team of 6 direct reports (Network Engineers and Telecom Specialists). Collaborate and gain buy-in from global/regional IT managers for voice and data strategies, policy/process adherence, and all aspects of local service delivery. Global service delivery strategy for all services delivered including staffing for production and project support efforts. Enhance/maintain/communicate global voice and data strategic plan that aligns with departmental and corporate (global and regional) strategies. Work closely with other IT service areas to continually monitor services delivered against services required. Outsourcing and/or managed services contract definition and vendor performance management. This includes service description definitions, service delivery parameters, pricing and penalties, contract extensions, and vendor performance strategy. Budget creation and management to support defined strategies; review and approve vendor invoices Define and regularly review service strategies and service delivery performance to negotiated SLAs.Requirements
Bachelors degree (IT or Computer Science focus preferred) 5 years of management experience 5 years of voice and data services experience 3 years of experience with contract negotiations 5 years of experience with vendor management Ability to travel 5%. Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.Preferred
CCNE certification
