We are actively seeking an experienced IT healthcare Supervisor/Manager to be responsible for all operational aspects of providing IT support for our client (specifically transitional application management).  Will specifically manage and support Analysts and Project Managers who provide IT support for the healthcare applications IDX, Logician, Oacis, General Apps, and Interfaces.  Daily operational duties involve ensuring that analysts and project managers are completing assigned tasks and following CTG and client policies and procedures, taking control of high profile and escalated issues, and maintaining team and client communications.  Other qualifications include:

 

Strong project management experience2-4 years experience as an IS Analyst or Project Manager (specifically experience w/ data analysis and report creation)Experience w/ MS Excel, PowerPointExposure to help desk ticketing systems (Unicenter, Remedy)
