Ensure tracking tool reflects accurate and up-to-date information regarding product requests. Produce ad-hoc reports to assist with facilitating decisions. Partner with product management to track and anticipate future product trends. Assist in the analysis and research of key product enhancements including internal impact assessment. Assist in developing and maintaining product plans including monitoring of plan activities to ensure on-time completion of product objectives. Communicate with customers, prospects, and other market thought leaders to identify intention based requirements. Assist in the business requirement definition process through facilitation and documentation completion. Assist in developing the processes and tools to facilitate business requirements gathering and ranking. Prepare business process flow and conceptual design documentation. Work with product management in providing product content for marketing, communications and training. Provide updates to product management as needed. Support product management to ensure the successful. Qualifications: Adaptive to changing situations. Knowledge of how the organization works in order to create, build and enhance organizational ability to produce timely outcomes. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. Works well in a virtual cross-functional team environment BS in Business or related field. 3-5 years business experience within the following areas: product management and development, account management, business/finance, marketing, research and systems information management; Healthcare industry and /or financial service knowledge preferred. Self-motivator, with an aggressive attitude and creative drive. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Take initiative to research product modification requests. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Introduction to business case development and financial modeling preferred. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Ability to frame the overall impact to strategic business objectives in writing or orally. Proficient with using Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Visio / Access/Mercury Quality Center.
