 Multnomah County is seeking a Budget Analyst for its IT Planning & Administration group.  This group provides administrative and finance services to division employees including budget and finance functions, coordination of travel and training requests, customer liaison (public and internal), payroll and time management, new employee coordination and more.  This position supports the IT Division by acting as the primary point of contact for all fiscal, budget, policy and process activities.  These activities include the development and implementation of complex activity-based cost models, coordination of service rate generation and budget communications with both internal and external customers.  The position is also responsible for monitoring adopted expense and revenue budgets, producing scheduled and ad-hoc financial reports and performing analysis on data that will be used by management to make strategic decisions.
