Knology is currently seeking an IT Billing Specialist to manage production billing applications.  The IT Billing Specialist is responsible for the analysis and maintenance of billing application performance and the resolution of production issues.  The selected candidate can be based in either West Point, GA, or in Alpharetta, GA.  Primary functions include:

Ø       Creates multiple reports

Ø       Audits, maintains and upgrades the system

Ø       Tests and validates results for software upgrades, new product offerings, modifications, and fixes to billing systems 

Ø       Analyzes billing reports and secondary data stored in the database

Ø       Identifies, resolves and manages issues with minimal supervision

 This role requires excellent analytical and computer skills.  Past experience with relational databases is a must (preferably Oracle) and UNIX and/or SQL experience are big pluses!  This job requires working a rotational, on-call schedule for coverage during weekends and/or holidays.
