Position Description:
The candidate will be a solutions architect to manage/architect and enhance shared services initiatives involving ePort which is our primary online B2B delivery channel. The candidate will participate in all aspects of the SDLC lifecycle including design, implementation and deployment .This is a multi-disciplinary technical role which requires strong object-oriented and system design skills, Web application architecture ,Portals, Web services, XML and knowledge of Web application security

Position Requirements:
•Responsible for creating and maintaining all technical artifacts on the B2B platform
•Provide technical guidance to onshore/offshore development teams
•Java / J2EE design and development experience using EJBs, JMS, JNDI, XML, XSLT, RMI, JSP, JDBC, JUnit,AJAX. Architectural experience – UML and OO design. Database - SQL tuning experience. Web Frameworks - Struts,Tiles,Spring,Hibernate
•J2EE experience with hands on knowledge of any one of the following appservers (Websphere/Sun/Weblogic/JBoss) is required
•Creating UML diagrams for depicting systems integration and interaction.
•Advanced understanding of the SDLC and the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology
•Exceptional Technical Writing Skills plus Excellent Verbal Communication Skills


Position Attributes:
- Build JSR 168 portlets using webservies and ajax
-Expertise working with Spring MVC
-Knowledge of Internet based (B2C and B2B2C) Financial Services and Credit Industry desired
-Experience in a high volume ASP environment with > 99.9x% service availability.
