Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. is now seeking highly motivated real estate professionals with the desire to propel themselves into the Southern California multi-residential market.

Our multi-level skill development consists of property analysis, marketing, client services, client prospecting, negotiation techniques and more.

Investment Real Estate Agents Perform:

·        Prospecting – daily calling, mailing and contact management – 80% of our time needs to be spent prospecting.  This is a lead generation business.

·        Property analysis and client investment planning.

·        Proposal presentation and consulting.

·        Contract negotiation and preparation.

·        Work with buyers (Note: Our focus is sellers)

·        Transaction monitoring.

·        Escrow closings – when we get paid.

·        Work with vendors and service providers.

·        Work with sellers – we interview for the job of marketing their building. (This is the most important work we do)

·        Paperwork – It is not difficult but critical.

·        Meetings – sales meetings and client meetings.

·        Property inspections and disclosure preparations.

·        On-going education – licensing, continued education and designations to improve our knowledge and skills.

·        Own and operate your own business within a business.

·        Agenda development – briefing and debriefing

·        Exclusive Contract securing with sellers and buyers of properties
