The Investment Manager is responsible for directing the sales effort within a specific geographic area consisting of several branches. They work closely with Retail LOB to develop and meet sales investment goals and budgets. The Investment Manager is responsible for hiring, training and developing Financial Advisor's in the branches. They direct the sales staff that is responsible for identifying and meeting with prospective clients, reviewing investment goals, preparing presentation, recommending investment products, follow up with clients, and closing the sale. Investment sales experience is required.

Ability to lead a sales force through effective leadership, judgement, decision making, partnership, teamwork, and coaching skills Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Compliance (Regulations and Rules of the securities industry) Customer Contact Organizational, multi-tasking, verbal, and written communication skills Tactical execution of strategy PC skills (Client Management System, CustOM) Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Demonstrates JP Morgan Chase values 7+ years of sales and client management experience (demonstrated results) is preferred Minimum three years Financial Product sales experience required (exceptions are permissible only with the approval of the Director of Sales) 10+ years experience in financial services industry Demonstrated knowledge of, and success in selling investment and fiduciary products Superior sales presentation skills The position requires an individual who works with minimal supervision, possesses a high degree of flexibility, and has strong leadership skills. Demonstrated recruitment skills. College Degree Required Bilingual in Spanish and English would be a plus Licenses/Certifications required FINRA Series 7, 63, and Texas Life&Health Insurance License, Group 1 FINRA Series 24
