Investigations Technician
Maximize Safeness Creates a safe environment for team members and guests Provides quick and accurate incident analysis Evaluates and analyzes incidents;identifies trends; suggests solutions Minimize Theft and Fraud Analyzes and identifies organized internal & external theft opportunities within a market Suggests solutions to theft and fraud issues on a market level Builds strong partnerships with investigations teams And more

We're looking for: College degree or equivalent experience (blend of college and leadership experience totaling four years) Two years investigative and/or retail store experience High school graduate or equivalent Zero to two years investigative experience Strong oral and written communication skills Strong PC skills (word processing, spreadsheets) Ability to work well in a team environment or individually Strong organizational skills Systems application aptitude (PC and Mainframe applications) Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Understanding of law enforcement Strong communication skills Strong interviewing skills Able to work with highly confidential information Knowledge of all areas of Assets Protection, including internal and external investigations and the use of electronic detection equipment
