The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) is the national anti-doping organization for the Olympic movement in the United States. We are dedicated to eliminating the practice of doping in sport, and to preserving the well being of sport and ensuring the health of athletes through research initiatives and educational programs.
USADA focuses on four primary areas: Research, Education, Testing and Results Management.

Inventory and Training & Evaluation Coordinator
Reports to:
Development and Technology Program Lead
Job Summary:
Responsible for inventory and distribution processes and tasks related to the DCO Training & Evaluation program.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking shipping and testing supplies.
· Responsible for shipping doping control equipment packages, documents, and other needed documentation.
· Provide up-to-date reports regarding test equipment inventories and tracking chain of custody.
· Manage relationships with commercial account representatives in shipping and supply industries.
· Analyze various shipping courier’s cost, efficiency, and reliability on a consistent basis.
· Track and reconcile charges for shipping bills.
· Develop innovative approaches to incorporate technology improvements into systems.
· Maintain current requirements set by IATA (International Air Transportation Association), UPS (United Parcels Service), and World Courier.
· Data entry of athlete evaluations and site evaluation
· Compilation and uploading of digital photos
· Preparation of DCO background checks
· Updating of DCO contact information
· Assistance with general administrative projects
General:
· Maintain confidentiality at all times.
· Recommend necessary updates and revisions to USADA protocol and procedures as related to Doping Control.
· Projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· B.S./B.A. degree.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to work with various levels of management.
· Ability to interact with internal and external customers.
· Ability to multitask and to work accurately under pressure.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
