Description: Job Title: Interwoven TeamSite Senior Developer

Job Overview: This position leads the team responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide content management system for the primary customer-facing Cox Communications web sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background combined with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead a team from initial concept through implementation and support. We are looking for a strategic thinker with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of web design, web production, site architecture, and content management.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical manager responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Interwoven TeamSite and OpenDeploy applications
2. Coordinate with training team responsible for educating content contributors on how to use the content management system to maintain their sites
3. Design and develop solutions based on new requirements and bug fixes
4. Design optimal content model to support current and long-term website needs Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS
Core competencies:
1. Experience as a team leader working with a diverse, cross-functional IT team
2. Experience designing and architecting solutions
3. Experience deploying applications in enterprise data center environment
4. Proven background of hitting business-dependent deadlines
5. Experience applying software development methodology and standard project management practices and methodologies
6. Requires excellent communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and with clients
Technical skills:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least 5 years experience in systems analysis and application development
2. 4 years in design/development with Interwoven TeamSite version 6.x (version 6.7.1 preferred) is required, including integration, workflow, templating, and reporting
3. 4 years in development of Interwoven OpenDeploy 6.x
4. 4 years of Perl or related scripting language
5. Experience with Unix Operating System preferably Solaris 10
6. Experience using J2EE, HTML, DHTML, XML/XSLT, Java, e-Forms and related standards
7.
