Residential Account Executive Sell video and data products as well as services to residential customers. Ensure growth of new market penetration plus upgrade (where applicable) and retention of remarket customer base. Understand and communicate knowledge of all video and data products and services, including new and varied technological features, product equipment functionality, existing programming content, pricing, packaging and channel lineup. Understand all phases and aspects of the customer billing system and ability to interpret and explain current and historical information contained within the system in response to any customer related inquires. Demonstrate professional salesmanship through the use of highly developed sales techniques and effective presentation skills. Articulate, with strong oral and written communications skills. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Presents professional appearance (relevant to market and territory). A minimum of 1 year proven track record of successful consumer sales is preferred. Proven track record of success in sales of telecommunications products a plus. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

 

Commercial Account Executives   Responsible for selling business Optimum Online, Optimum Voice for Business, and iO Digital cable service to businesses in designated territories. Strictly acquisition of new customers through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing. Understands all aspects of all three products including all features and functionalities as well as equipment and installation issues. Prepares proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Meets with prospects to analyze their online, phone and cable television needs and develops sales strategies. Closes business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Compiles information to develop business cases to cost justify building to multi tenant buildings and non-serviceable commercial locations. Three to five years of successful sales experience in the commercial telecommunications industry preferred. Familiar with the New Jersey territory. Must have a valid driver's license. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of Internet, cable modems and DSL required.

 

Inbound Telephone Sales Representatives – Bilingual Needed - $14.42 per hour + Commissions

 

Position Description and Requirements:  Sell video products and services to residential customers, ensuring growth of new market penetration plus upgrade accounts of current customers. Understand and communicate knowledge of all video products and services, including new and varied technological features, product equipment functionality, existing programming content, pricing, packaging, and lineup to customers. Identify potential customers and follows up on leads from customer contacts and office sources. Prepare and document sales calls. Demonstrate professional salesmanship through the use of highly developed sales techniques and effective presentation skills. Phone sales reps must have Eng/Spanish fluency and sales/customer service or quality assurance experience.  Must be able to work weekends also.
