The Internet New Home Consultant (INHC) is accountable for maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of Internet generated leads.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to all email, phone and “Instant Messaging” inquiries received from online Customers.Qualify Internet Customers and conduct consistent and timely follow up on all Customers leads.Generate sales from online Customers by assisting the Customers in selecting the Lennar home and community that best suits their needs.Cooperate and communicate with all New Home Consultants to determine the best community that meets each Customer’s needs.Accompany Customers to Lennar communities and hold appointments to generate sales.Conduct ongoing email campaigns, newsletters and online community launches in coordination with Division’s overall marketing efforts.Distribute current marketing collateral to Customers as needed to help facilitate sales to online Customers.Provide updated information to Customers regarding products, community amenities and various financing programs.Maintain current, accurate records of all Customer interactions in the established Internet Customer management system.Provide timely and accurate updates and reports on the status of Internet Customers.Attend all company- and Division-sponsored sales meetings, Phone Banks, conference calls and training sessions.Monitor Internet information related to Lennar for accuracy, and coordinate with Division as needed to ensure updates and revisions are implemented.Perform and maintain competitive email marketing and website market research.Coordinate with the National Internet Center to ensure response efforts are aligned with Lennar policies and procedures.Maintain and promote the company’s image in a positive and professional manner at all times during contact with Customers.Provide feedback regarding Internet process improvements and work with local Divisions to implement changes.Coordinate work schedule and work location with the Division to ensure Internet Customers are attended to during established hours.Requirements:
Some college coursework preferred. Two years of Real Estate sales experience. Demonstrated sales success.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office software.Internet and email experience.Excellent writing and telephone communication skills.Strong organizational, planning and self-management skills.Ability to prioritize time well, manage several projects at once and working under deadlines.Capable of working in an unstructured environment, while successfully completing projects with minimal supervision.Proven ability to consistently and properly follow up with Customer leads.Experience with Instant Messaging technology preferred.
