Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Internet Marketing Specialist for our beautiful new home communities located in Tampa.  Excellent opportunity to work in real estate. 

Responsibilities

As an Internet Marketing Specialist, you will assist in influencing the home buying decision process and communicating value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis and occasional model home demonstrations.  You must be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with homebuyers as you build excitement for them.  The person selected will respond to e-mails from prospective homeowner’s inquiries to include follow-up calls, mailings, and e-mails.  Will maintain the website to include upkeep of community information.

The Internet Marketing Specialist must be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess strong communication and organizational skills through knowledge of real estate.

Requirements

Prior experience in the homebuilding industry and internet marketing/sales.  3+ years of experience preferred.  Real Estate sales experience/real estate license a plus.  Must have demonstrated leadership and selling ability along with strong customer focus.  Must have solid computer skills, including Excel, Access, Microsoft Office, Power Point and website design experience.  Candidate should also possess strong verbal and written skills, be detail-oriented and organized and have a positive attitude.
