POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Conduct analysis on web-site analytics & marketing metrics

Analyze & develop solutions addressing customer usability & experience

Create web site development specifications & business requirements

Responsible for the quality control of web site enhancements & bug fixes

Maintain & develop concepts that address web site usability & functionality

Timely, accurate reporting of online marketing issues using Webtrends, Excel & Access (includes search, usability, returns, sales & profitability analysis)

Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving & project management skills within a marketing / internet environment - including e-commerce

2+ years experience required
