Role: Internet Marketing Analyst
Assignment: Direct Response Marketing
Location: Louisville, KY

Assignment Capsule You will manage direct-to-consumer internet marketing programs for the individual dental product line. Responsibilities include: Developing and managing Internet marketing initiatives for the individual dental direct sales website. Analyzing response, conversion funnels and sales data to improve areas of the website Managing agencies and business partners to optimize the user experience of the website through content/design/workflow improvements Preparing written and verbal recommendations Working with managers across the organization to achieve sales goals Design / analyze reports and provide recommendations on online campaign performance Providing critical data and analysis on key web site audience metrics and on results of internet marketing programs. Interacting with developers to optimize web conversion

Role Essentials Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field Ability to work without direct supervision and with a team 2-4 years of professional experience in an analytically-based role 2+ years experience data-tracking and analyzing Internet activities Experience using Coremetrics or similar web analytics tools Familiarity with Direct Marketing concepts and business practices Demonstrated experience with and understanding of data analysis tools Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel Proven track-record of delivering complete, accurate and detailed results in a fast-paced marketing analysis environment Demonstrated ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations Excellent presentational and verbal/written communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize time and projects
Role Desirables 3-5 years direct response experience Experience in and understanding of healthcare and/or health insurance a plus
Reporting Relationships You will report to an Internet Marketing Manager in the Direct Response department.
