JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for booking all aspects of international flights including receiving initial and change trip requests from the Owners through various mediums (telephone, fax, and email), completing all pertinent trip details, providing timely itineraries, perform follow-up and liaison for other Owner identified needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1.       Typically two to four years of customer service experience including high profile clientele and managing sensitive or difficult customer situations

2.       One to three years of experience as a Flight Coordinator or related aviation experience.

3.       Working knowledge of:

a.       contracts and legal terminology necessary to read and interpret contract language

b.       Owner Services including booking processes, Flexjet operational policies and procedures, and aircraft passenger and luggage configurations

c.       owner profiles

4.       Telephone skills necessary to manage owner calls in a timely and personable manner as well as adhering to formal performance metrics for assigned area

5.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6.       Customer service skills necessary to modify communication, tone, and presentation to defuse situations with internal and external customers and maintain mutually beneficial customer relations

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1.       Adhere to General Work Requirements

2.       Perform all aspects of booking international flights, for example, new trip requests, revisions, updates, requests for catering and ground transportation, trip itineraries, and trip confirmations

3.       Perform quality checks on all international flights 24, 48, and 72 hours prior to departure.

4.       Identify and resolve issues that will prohibit flawless execution of all international flights.

5.       Contact owners regarding issue resolution on all international flights.

6.       Create cost estimates for owners and prospects traveling outside the PSA, SSA, and within Europe.

7.       Provide notification and training to Owner Services of changes in government procedures and policies regarding international travel.

8.       Reconcile billing issues, on past international flights, for the accounting department.

9.       Act as Owner Services liaison to the International Department/Jeppesen, as well as Skyjet International

10.   Perform other duties as required.
