Do you enjoy working with Financial Advisors and teaching them the benefits of Fixed Income and how it will help clients achieve their financial goals? Do you have an understanding of the Bond Market and how interest rates effect bond prices? Have you ever created and executed a business plan that will help Financial Advisors address client needs? Do you have the ability to motivate Financial Advisors by enthusiastically developing a message that will cause Financial Advisors to take action? Can you travel throughout Canada and the UK? The International Fixed Income Department is looking for a trader with strong math skills who wants to work with Financial Advisors to help them meet their client's investment goals.

Responsibilities
1) Manage a portion of the Canadian and UK inventories so that Financial Advisors have attractive, quality fixed income investments to help their clients diversify their portfolios to meet their investment needs and goals.
2) Proactively market fixed income solutions to Financial Advisors so that more clients can meet their financial goals.
3) Provide a level of service that exceeds the expectation of the sales force
4) Create a development plan that will enhance your knowledge of financial markets and increase your communication skills so that you can develop a business plan that will help meet our annual objectives.

Requirements
1) Bachelor degree preferred
2) Series 7 and 63 license within the first 6 months
3) CSC and CPH Exams within 18 months
4) Strong presentation, written, verbal, and listening skills required.
5) Excellent customer service and a high level of proficiency and aptitude in mathematical skills are essential
6) Must be detailed-oriented
7) Demonstrated success in building and executing a business plan
8) Demonstrated success in teambuilding and mentoring other associates.
9) Strong problem solving skills are necessary to determine which resources to use when responding to branches.
