The main responsibilities involved in this role will be to review commercial credit applications, financial information and negotiate payment arrangements with our Canadian customer base. In addition, you will communicate with the sales and operations teams (in French and English) to further assess/manage credit risk and provide best-in-class customer service.  Responsibilities for this position include:Monitors, reviews and recommends credit extension and collection of a portfolio of Veterinarian and/or Pet customer accounts Make outbound calls to customers to collect past due balances Answer incoming telephone queue calls Maintains login to telephone queue during business hours Monitors and releases orders from credit review Provide customer correspondence including customer statements, dunning letters and ad hoc reports Reviews and recommends credit limit adjustments Conducts account maintenance including account reconciliation's, check requests, address verification, editing text on accounts and closing accounts Requests write-offs of service charges or other uncollectible items as set within the limit of the position Monitors Accounts Receivable Portfolio for payment Provides a monthly status report to the Team Leader and Credit Manager Provides proof of deliveries as needed Resolves deductions on customers accounts Develop a working relationship with Customers, Sales, Customer Supply and other departments Other duties as assigned  The preceeding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by team members with this role. Basic Qualifications:

3 to 5 years experience in Commercial Credit & CollectionsMust be bilingual in French and EnglishUndergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
